Average Scores For Accepted Applicants Question

Does anyone know if the average, say, interview score for accepted OOP applicants post-interview also includes waitlisted applicants?

 

So last year if the average interview score for accepted 4thyr OOP was like 21.79, is that for the initial 25 offers sent out or is that including the 25 offers + probably 25 waitlisters?

i think thats for initials only since those feedback scores are sent like right away
