DreamingOfMD Posted April 10, 2019 Report Share Posted April 10, 2019 They have an assessment form that they have to fill out, where they rate things such as written and oral communication skills. I haven't seen the form, so I am not sure what is on it, but I know they have an open-ended part as well. Hopefully someone who has completed or seen the reference forms can answer your question!
