I don't think you have much of a chance for 3rd year apps. For next year, it's hard to say what your chances will be without knowing your wGPA's for different schools like U of T.

 

You say that you scored much better in CARS in your practice tests. If this is the case, I would honestly re-write. The overall score doesn't matter much if CARS is low for most schools. If you can bring up your CARS without your other sections going down you can possibly have a good chance at McMaster, Western, and/or Queen's (although for Queen's your current MCAT might already be fine since the cutoffs are unknown).
