Interview minimum pass mark change

Does anyone know why the minimum interview pass mark was changed to 15 this year?

Scores were probably lower than last year, last year was an all time high with the average accepted student having a 21, and the pass was 16

 

I wouldn't be surprised if the average accepted student was 20 or even 19 this time around.
