Beautiful lake view and of downtown Toronto from the balcony. It's in a luxury bldg at the harbourfront with concierge, indoor & outdoor swimming pool, sauna, massage, billiard, big screen TV & juice bar lounge, fitness/aerobics equipment in the exercise room, & party rooms with guests' suites. Walk to Union Station, or downtown TO, or take the streetcar at the door. The decision to rent/sell was just made today so we have not determined the price yet. ALL utilities included except for tel & cable. Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer & Dryer are in the unit. they will furnish the other rooms if needed, & housekeeping services can also be arranged. the best features are its location and lake & city views. there are residents/homeowners in the condo who go to UofT and they sometimes walk to school. it's within easy walking distance to the financial, fashion, shopping, church & entertainment districts. if you are still looking for a place in Toronto, you might want to check out the Waterclub which is the new building at the corner of Queen's Quay & York Street by the waterfront.
