Dissection kit and gloves

Is a dissection kit a worthwhile purchase? Or is it sufficient to borrow someone else's?

Hi Nikhila,

 

Of all the things I bought (most of which I didn't use), the dissection kit is the only one that was truly useful. It's true that you will always be working with your partner during dissections, but often my partner and I did the job faster with two hands--and two sets of tools. It's up to you, but I think it's a good purchase. Just don't get scrubs--really no need.
