First Aid/CPR course in Ottawa May 28 and June 4

Hey everyone!

 

I'm getting together a First AID and CPR course. The course would be held at Dovercourt Recreation Centre in Ottawa's West end on Sunday May 28 and Sunday June 4 at a cost of 95$. I need 3 other people other than myseld to hold the course so let me know if you're interested! The course usually lasts for 2 full days, but may be shorter if there's only a few of us.

You don't need to do CPR for Queen's. You will have classes and certification in the fall as a part of Phase I.

Hi McMaster Health - You're sure about that I guess? Are you a first year med student? I guess it makes sense since they didn't tell us about First Aid in the letter...

I am in the incoming class of 2010!!!

 

Take a look at an old schedule posted on their website (meds.queensu.ca/courses/c...e=20050912 )

It says that we will have two sessions of Basic Cardiac Life Support.

 

I also remember reading somewhere that we don't need to complete anything else.

That is correct. You don't need any first aid or CPR before coming to Queen's, so you can save yourself some money!
