GPA calculation

Hi,

 

Jesus I'm in this odd situation. I'm in UBC where they only give marks in percentages. My first year average was 79.71% does that mean I don't meet the cut off of GPA=3.70?

Somehow, my second and third year gpa are above 80% so what I got in first year shouldn't be a problem right?
