final transcripts sent to where?

Hi,

 

I have a question re final transcripts. Are we supposed to send our transcripts to omsas or directly to the school we're accepting? Also, do we need to use the form available on the omsas website or just the regular transcript service at our university? My apologies if this has already been answered elsewhere. Thanks.
