Guest Retic2002
do they take the best year or the two best years??? Thanks
Guest mying
AFAIK, they take the best year to calculate the GPA that ranks you in the admissions (and decides if you get offered admission), and then your final year MUST be over whatever they set as their cut-off (this year it's 3.65) for that offer of admission to be any good. Does that make sense?
Guest awong37
Hi, Mying is right on, expect that she forgot to mention that we'll only consider years in which you've completed 5 or more full course equivalents. Other than that, no other real restrictions AFAIK. Best, Alex.
Guest heyheyhey
Does the cutoff still apply if you have a greater then full course load ???? I am refering to the rescinding of acceptances.
Guest UWOMED2005
Greater than is okay, less than is not.
Guest WINDSOR
Hey UWOMEDS2005... This year I will have taken a full course load (10 semestered classes), but one of these classes is pass-fail. Is this OK? I needed to take this class for my degree. The rest of my grades should be far above 3.65. Please tell me it's ok.
Guest UWOMED2005
GOOD question. I honestly don't know - I highly suggest calling Barbara and/or Darla at the UWO Admissions office to check that out ( (519) 661-3744). I think it could be something they rarely have to deal with and need to consult with the admissions committee about. Good Luck!
