Guest Hmmm
I have a full year of english in university. Unfortunately, the fact that it is an english course is not that explicit. One would have to look up the course code in a McGill book to see that it falls under the english department (i.e. 101 prefix = english). Will western be aware of this? Or will they simply overlook it and oblige me to prove it to them? thanks ahead of time.
Guest UWOMED2005
I had a similar problem last year. I was part of the "Foundation Year Programme" (Science Stream) they offer at King's College. It's basically the equivalent of 1st year English, 1st year Philosophy, and 1st year History but goes on the transcript as "Foundation Year Programme - Science." When Western received my transcript, they considered that programme to be just another science credit! Just call Darla and Barb at the admissions office and they should be able to clear things up for you.
