Guest lcloh Posted August 18, 2003 Report Share Posted August 18, 2003 No, it was due to the power blackout... likely due to the mass exodus of crowds from downtown and the fact that street lighting made it impossible for street cleaning machines to operate (they kinda need to see where they're going, what they're sucking up, etc.) Edited to add: Homecoming is 19-21 September this year. While it may very well be the UWO Mustangs football team, I think that it may in fact be manure this time.
