I've never done an MMI that didn't allow note taking during the prep time and I'm struggling to give organized answers. Any suggestions welcomed! There’s no one best way to do it, but you’ll get better if you train your brain to do it. I generally tried to think of a few key points I wanted to make and then just talked around those, without getting too bogged down in trying to think of the details ahead of time.
