Hi,

here are a couple photos of my dogs teeth and as you can see, they are quite discolored. I’m wondering if this could be reason for concern or if it’s just normal discoloration? Or what it might be? Also, would brushing his teeth help much? Thanks

Hi, I’m not a veterinarian, but I work in a vet clinic. I think that it is tartar (you can look it up on google!) and your dog would highly benefit from a tartar removal done in a clinic. The vet will remove most of the tartar and extract teeths if some need to be removed. After doing this, it would be a good idea to start cleaning his teeths daily and perhaps change to a dental nutrition. It is important to do a tartar removal since otherwise the condition will only decrease, your dog could lose teeths in the future and suffer from this. But, since I am not a professionnal, I would suggest you to take an appointment with a vet to be sure to get the right diagnostic.
Hope this helped!
