Is the white coat ceremony at UWO a family and friends thing, or is just for students and faculty?

it's a faculty, family and friend thing. You, as the student, walk up onto the stage with your colleagues and be seated. Then your name got called and a white coat is put on you. Meanwhile, your parents and bf/gf are sitting down below the stage ready to snap your shot.

 

However, tickets are limited, you are allocated to certain number of guest. Last year, there's also a talk by RBC rep after the ceremony.

i dont think there are invites, you just rsvp to how many ppl you are bringing. also not as many talks this year, as last. last year every individual that donated spoke, this year is supposed to be different
