ad101
Basically title - I attended a school in the US for undergrad on scholarship for varsity athletics. I'm an Ontario resident, bilingual (if it matters at all) cGPA is 3.93 MCAT 509 :// (will have to submit since I'm a non-canadian uni grad) ECs nothing crazy: varsity athletics, participated in a surgical internship in US, >400 hrs volunteering & interning in clinics, 1 year FT working in clinic as admin Wondering if it's a waste of money since my MCAT only just meets the "competitive" MCAT suggested by McGill... I'm assuming this isn't actually competitive as they make it seem to be and it will affect me negatively
EatYourAsparagine
I think your chances are pretty slim if I'm quite honest. Your cGPA is great by all standards but for McGill, it's up in the 4.0s. Given that their application fee is exorbitant ($179), I would say skip it. If you have the funds though, apply. That's what I was thinking, just wanted some confirmation - thank you for your honesty!
