FM gross billings vs net income

I've noticed a lot of posts saying that FM doctors gross a lot in billings (300k to even 600k), but what's the overhead like? Would FM docs in Canada still fall behind their American counterparts in terms of salary? If I wanted to work in Toronto what would a typical net income (after overhead) look like?

That is mostly FHO family docs inflating the billings by rostering thousands of patients. Most  FFS family docs don't bill above $300k

So should I expect billing around ~300K and a net income of ~200K (before taxes) in a place like Toronto?

The average billings are about 320k. I don't think FHOs are ever included in those averages.
