Guest Bug2ooth
Hey, I am a student at UFT and I have a question regarding pre-req's for Manitoba's dental program. On the admissions website it says: the mathematics requirement must be met in the first 60 credit hours even though it is not a specific admissions requirement. Can anyone tell me what the math requirement is? Is it stats, is it calculus? Also for the english requirement, I am planning to take children's literature, do you think that'll be satisfactory for the requirement, or do i have to check with each school whether it is oh k? thank you for your help bug2ooth
Guest uofmpredent
Hi, U of M has alot of choices for the math requirement, but the physics courses required by dentistry will be sufficient. If you want to take a look yourself here is a link from the U of M website with the list: webapps.cc.umanitoba.ca/c...h_list.asp There are even more choices for the english requirement. It is best to check with the U of M to make sure the course from your university will qualify. Here is a link from the U of M website with the list: webapps.cc.umanitoba.ca/c...h_list.asp Also, you need 6 credit hours of english for dentistry. Good luck!
