Guest Adversary Posted June 27, 2005 Report Share Posted June 27, 2005 Your chances at a Canadian school are not so good. I know they generally like 80-something avgs or 3.7s. However, after reading snoop99's post, I think it all depends on how well you do this year. Some schools take your 2 best years so if you push your 4th year's marks up, you can use your 3rd and 4th years. As for US schools, they're easier, but you gotta have the $$$$$$ for it. That's what is stopping most people. I do know people who are going to the US because they couldn't get into any dental schools in Canada so that's an option. Besides GPA, you can improve your DAT scores. Try to get above 20 for all the sections. Your science definitely could use improvement and your Carving can easily increase with practice.
