DSWturnedOT2024
Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone has figured out a formula to calculate SGPA. I am trying to figure out how many courses I need to take in the next few months to bump up my SGPA from a 3.4 to hopefully a 3.8. Thank you for your help. Noël
You don't really need a formula - it's really easy to calculate. You just have to take enough to bump out whatever grade(s) are lowering your sGPA. You just add up your most recent 20 courses (60 credits) based on their ORPAS conversions (https://www.ouac.on.ca/guide/orpas-conversion-table/) and divide by 20. However, if your last few courses to equal 20 aren't an entire semester's worth, then their values are each equal to whatever that semester's average is based on the ORPAS scale.
