Practice Gross vs Net Income

A quick question for those out and about Practicing Medicine in Private Practice (or knowledgable about economics of owning and running a private practice).

 

If for example a dermatologist advertises a Practice for Sale in Downtown Toronto with billings of 50,000 per month, does anyone know what that roughly translates into in terms of net income after expenses?

 

Of course there is tremendous variablity but I was wondering what a rough calculation would yield with regards to Net income. May Flower perhaps you could provide your always useful insight into the costs that are usually generated per dollar billed etc.
