Has anyone been interviewed by Dr. Don Voaklander?

Does anyone know what Dr. Voaklander's interview technique is like? Any advice?

I interviewed with him last week. I found him to be very warm and friendly. He is not a physician, but an epidemiologist and he told me that he tries to structure his interviews so that all interviewees get the same general questions.

He didn't ask any ethical questions. He asked quite a few questions about the healthcare system...stuff like "what is good about our system? what is bad?" and "how would you compare our system to that of the US?"... and he asked a lot of questions from my autobiographical sketch.
