I though it was a rejection letter....how could they hate me so much that they sent me a rejection letter 2 days after my interview? haha. I probably won't do it...i hate surveys. why do you ask? At the end of page 2, you get to write comments about your interviewer and at the end of page 4, right beside your signature, u get to update your extracirricular activity.
