Anyone in province decline their offer?

It would be nice to know at least whether the waitlist has already started moving yet. Or has the list stopped moving because there were not many who declined the offer. Would those who have declined their offer and are in province post here so that the waitlisters have some idea about what to expect. It would be extreeemely appreciated. Thanks very much
