This condo is large, brand new and bright, with a washer, dryer and gas fireplace. It is in a great location at Heather & 6th Ave West- only a 5 min walk to VGH and MSAC (Medical Students Alumni Centre), 2 min walk to Broadway & bus stop for the B-line to UBC, and 2 min walk to the SeaWall.
