Guest oliver5
I understand that for UBC we have to provide proof of immunizations...what type of proof? Because my old family doctor doesn't have my records anymore! Also do we have to independently go and get the TB skin test. I ask because I have a dr's appt coming up and would like to do it all at once. Thanks guys!
Guest happenstance2003
We need proof for Hep B and other stuff I think. This will be explained in the package. I think if your doctor no longer has a record of you receiving those...you have to get them again. I have to do that too.
Guest not rex morgan
Your local public health office MAY have records of your immunizations. You will need a TB skin test and your Hep B titre (if you've had the shots in the past). If you haven't had Hep B shots, you need to start the series. They should be free due to the field you're entering.
Guest oliver5
Thanks for the tip about the public health office. I'll try that. I have records of HepB it's just the childhood ones, but I think I'll wait and see what the package has to say before I roll up my sleeve :lol
