3rd and 4th year rotations for IMP and NMP

Hi Everyone,

 

i saw this question asked on another thread, but i wanted to start one up here.

 

does anyone know where electives/rotations will take place for students at IMP or NMP? can everything be taken around the site we're at or will we have to do some clerkships in the lower mainland?

 

Physiology, you mentioned that it can be anywhere we choose. is there someone you asked or do you know whom i should be asking at UBC to get an answer?

From what I gathered from the UBC website, it looks like we will be all over BC. However, the information they offer is quite vague.

Hello Calbearod,

 

What does your name mean? I'm thinking that because we get electives in 4th year, you can choose to do them anywhere, and that of course includes Vancouver.

 

I think Vancouver would be the place to go if you wanted a really specific specialty like pediatric respirology or something like that because there are more of these specialists in Van.
