When do these have to be received by OMSAS. Omsas states that later than oct.3 does not invalidate an application. How does the TRF work? I believe by forwarding they'd mean you receiving a *sealed (and possibly stamped) envelope from your reference and forwarding it to the school without opening it or tampering it in any way that would indicate the confidentiality has been breached.
