Guest SherriONT
OK, I understand that the character limit forces you to be concise, but it's really hard to fit it all in! Is it a bad idea to sacrifice punctuation (ie. spaces after periods and commas) in order to fit in those few extra words? Or are they also looking for good writing skills? Guest kaymcee
They're looking for succinct and to-the-point. The only type of punctuation you can sacrifice is one space after your period as opposed to two. Don't leave out spaces after commas; take out a "very" or some other superfluous adjective somewhere else.
Guest scrubbed
I'll second.A reviewer has to look through many appilcation, and observing one written like this would be sub-optimal.Kaymcee gives good advice about a proper approach. Good luck.
