I was talking to a family friend from Bosnia who lives in Canada (a Canadian Citizen - she moved here about 8 years ago). She is a physician, and she wants to know if the medical schools will allow her to re-enter medical school in Canada to get a more guaranteed residency position. She is worried that by writing her international exams, she is still not given much of a chance to get a residency position within Canada. Is this allowed? Thanks, guys...
