Guest Kirsteen
Hi there, I had a quick flip through previous threads and came up a little empty-handed. Does anyone have an idea from last year, or the year before, as to how many acceptances needed to be sent from Ottawa to fill the 123 seats? Last year, UofT seemed to need to send ~140% of its class size of 198 seats to fill its class (~280 acceptances), and I'm wondering how Ottawa fared? Guest UOMeds06
I asked some one who works in the office that question but we couldn't find the list when we looked for it. Sorry...maybe some one else knows on the off chance that at the time, it was made public. wish I could help, UOMeds06
Guest Adamanda
I believe nicole racine said that ~240 were sent in total last year. Ottawa considers top 250 to be good waitlist ie have decent chance for acceptance
Guest Kirsteen
Hi there, Thanks for that; it seems to be quite a few good letters that are ultimately sent. Cheers, Kirsteen
Guest blinknoodle
Not sure if last year was any different, but for 2002/2003 there were only 198 acceptances for the 132 seats. Check out www.acmc.ca/2004Admission...04AdBk.pdf I'd actually be interested in the break-down with the English vs French streams. That might give you a better picture of your chances. -blinknoodle
