could someone kindly post the personal info form questions.. i couldn't seem to spot them while skimming over the omsas booklet.

here they are:

 

1. Why do you wish to become a physician?

 

2. Explain in general how your development and previous experiences have contributed to your suitability to becoming a physician.

 

3. Expand on one area described in the autobiographic sketch that demonstrates your sensitivity to others and the ability to form team relationships.

 

4. Describe one experience from your background that shows your ability for self-directed learning.

 

5. Explain your reasons for choosing your references.

If I remember correctly, there's also a sixth space where you can say/explain anything else you'd like the admissions committee to know. You're allowed as much space as for the other PIF questions.

How much space is allotted for the questions? I remember the number 1500 but not if it's characters or words, per question or for the whole thing.

You're allowed 1500 characters (including spaces) for each question.
