Kaplan and Barron's books good enough for natural science?

I am studying the natural science section on my own with Kaplan and Barron 's books. Do those two books sufficiently cover enough depth of materials that will be examed on the real DAT?

 

Which topics in natural science should I focus more or less?

 

Any tips are welcome. Thanks you!
