scrubbed Posted September 12, 2006 Report Share Posted September 12, 2006 Hi, One of my references forgot to send in my letter to OMSAS before the regular application deadline. When I found out about this on the OMSAS website, I had the letter sent in, and things worked out in the end for me. I believe that your U of T file review doesn't occur until you have a complete file, so ideally you want to get them in as soon as you can.
