shrink
McMaster only gives out letter grades and numbers (12 point system). They never actually tell you what your numerical mark (i.e. percentage) is. So I'm wondering how I should input my marks on OMSAS for the Post-Secondary Education section? Anyone know? bustylegs
When you select McMaster University as the uni you are attending/have attended, the OMSAS webpage will allow you to insert marks out of 12. The OMSAS website will then automatically convert your 12-point score from McMaster into standard 4-point scale used by all Ontario medical schools. If I remember correctly: 12= 4.0 11= 3.9 10= 3.7 9= 3.3 (or 3.4, can't recall) Hope this helps.
shrink
Thanks guys. Yeah, OMSAS automatically adjusts for McMaster and only asks you for your letter grade.
