Extracurriculars / References for Canadian Dental Schools

Hey guys,

 

I have been looking into dentistry and browsing some websites.

 

One thing I have noticed is that, unlike medical schools, dental schools don't talk much about extracurriculars and letters of reference.

 

I am wondering if these are evaluated by dental schools in the admission process? (particularly U of T and Western).

I don't know about UT, but I can tell you when I applied to Western, it took me less than 10 minutes to finish the application. Academics are what's important.
