Are verifiers only for school-specific questions or also for each sketch item?

I need a bit of clarification.

 

From what I understand, if I include an experience in the answer to a school-specific question, I am required to enter a verifier for the activity (for some schools).

 

For the 48-item sketch, do I also have to include a verifier for each sketch item?

Basically:

Are verifiers needed only for the short-answer school specific questions or also for each item in the 48-item sketch?

They are required for both. You need verifiers for specific activities mentioned in school submissions and you also need verifiers for items within the 48-item ABS.
