Hi there, Given that many rejected applicants re-apply one or more times, it's likely that there will be a consequent refractory cohort effect for a number of years. Granted, because of acceptances and folks who decide not to re-apply, the increased numbers due to the double cohort alone should decrease year over year, but they will probably remain elevated relative to pre-double cohort application years.
