UWO Dental Questions

Recommended Posts

First quesiton, when UWO says that they require applicants to have 4 out of 5 courses in any given year at a designation of 200, what is this equivalent to? Is it 2nd year or 3rd courses?

Second question, if someone only has 4 courses in a given year what sort of penalty is applied to them?

Finally, if 5 years of undergrad are completed, would years 3 and 4 be grouped as one while year 5 would be considered as an individual year?

I know the answer to your last question.

If you want your 5th year to count as a separate year, it needs to differ from your other years in area/level, otherwise it will be combined with the year that it's most similar to. Also your 5th year needs to be a full course load with at least 4 out 5 full courses equivalent to 200+ level courses at Western. The courses numbered 200+ at your school may or may not be equilavent to 200+ courses at Western. The basic criterion is that the course should have a 1st year university course as a pre-requisite. I know it all sounds complicated. Just to try your best not to take lower year courses in your 5th year.
