meks83 Posted January 22, 2007 Report Share Posted January 22, 2007 i'm canadian but currently live in the us --u of T is one of my top choices, but i'm worried that my application will barely be considered. my engineering degree resulted in grades that don't reflect the amount of work i did. i've done a great deal or volunteer work and research, both in hospitals and thorugh universites. hopefully i can boost my application with high MCAT scores... i am a non traditional student and i've been finishing my requirements through harvard extension and other schools in boston. Without these courses my gpa is 3.37ish -- but it will be higher if the extra courses are taken into account. does any one know if these courses will count? also, i'm trying to complete the 4 units of bio prereq. i have bio 1, cell bio, cell bio lab, and physiology 1 completed. i need one more and am wondering if anyone knows if a trimester of biochem will count. thanks!
