RNA Polymerase
Hi, On the U of A site, it says that "Advanced Placement courses will not be considered for your application to Medicine". Does that mean I can't apply at all if i used my AP credits? (In my case, I skipped first year biology.) Thanks!
muchdutch
If you've taken any course that counts as senior biology (bio, zoology, physiology, etc.) then you will be fine as these will be counted toward your bio credit.
apical meristems
Hey RNA, You cannot use AP credits toward your application. The admissions office will only accept IB credits out of high school. You will have to complete some kind of university level biology course (like muchdutch said, biology, zoology, botany, etc.). Good luck.
