msoc
I was wondering if anyone knew if the NOSM and Mac MMI interviews were similar? (i.e. in both cases, do the interviewers not have access to the applicant's autobiographical sketch??)
jerrystylez
I've done the Mac MMI a few years ago and on the surface, they seem to be quite similar. Probably similar type questions, with an emphasis on rural/remote medicine. The format is almost identical, i.e. 10 questions with 2mins to read it and 8 mins to respond for each question. I can tell you that I had a role playing question at one station and a team work question with another candidate (test communication skills). I'm pretty sure that if you look for sample Mac MMI questions you can find it. I would recommend for everyone to brush up on medical ethics. Best of luck to everyone!
