do you take MCAT on computers now? I am not applying for med school, but just curious if it is actually official since many of my pre-med friends are talking about it.

There's the option to take the MCAT on the computer, using a traditional keyboard and mouse.

 

Alternately, beginning in September 2007, selected sites (Toronto/Montreal/Vancouver immediately come to mind for Canada) offer test takers the opportunity to "write" the MCAT using a Brain-Computer Interface system. Such a device was recently commercialized for video gaming last year, but I guess the AAMC is putting it to good use as well.
