SigurRos
Hello! Congratulations to all those who have been accepted, and good luck to those of you who remain on the wait-list! I am posting in the hopes that I might be helpful to someone out there. I am a charter class member in Thunder Bay, and I am in the process of moving out of town, and giving up my apartment, for my clerkship year. Because I've had such a good experience in this apartment, I thought I'd ask if anyone coming to Thunder Bay requires a place to live. The apartment is the top floor of an older home. The rent is comparatively inexpensive ($485.00/month, heat included. Hydro is approx. $25-30 per month), the location is lovely (approx. 10 minute drive from school), it has a big backyard with a garden, the neighbours are great, and the landlord (who lives out in the country) is exceptionally nice (this extends to produce from their garden and the occasional jar of preserves) and laid back. Anyhow, let me know if this is helpful to you. sigur1977@yahoo.ca
