Date range on autobiographical sketch

I was wondering how everybody else is dealing with this:

 

The instructions for the sketch are to list items since age 16, but what about things that began before you were 16 and continued on? For example, take your high school education - if you were 16 in grade 11, do you only put the date range beginning with that year? or do you list the whole span?

I listed the whole span for things like that (high school, other activities that I started at age 12 but was STILL doing by age 16). Someone on the Ottawa board brought this up as well and did the very same thing. Good luck. Tanya.
