Pop it like its hot
I have heard that it is possible to transfer schools after your 2nd year. In particular, i am wondering about trasnfering to UBC med from another med school after 2nd year. What is the process, what is the criteria, what are the chances, what are the difficulties in adjusting to a new school in clerkship years? If anyone has done this before, it would be of great help. JewelLeigh
http://www.med.ubc.ca/education/md_ugrad/MD_Undergraduate_Admissions/Conditions.htm Look at "Admission of Students by Transfer." I don't have any personal history to offer, but if you haven't already checked out the above site, it might be a good place to start.
physiology
transferring between medical schools? Very difficult to do. Done on a case by case basis. I know of one girl who did it (UBC to UofA), it is possible though 2000 gray hairs later. Physio
