kiwi Posted August 9, 2007 Report Share Posted August 9, 2007 Hi there, I was part of a mentorship program in first year that gave me a special "note" on my transcript saying I was part of it. It was not really course...essentially if you showed up to all the sessions then you got the special "note" on the transcript - it isn't even a credit. I was wondering if I am supposed to include these things on the academic record of the OMSAS application (since it actually is listed in my transcript). Who can I contact to confirm this - OMSAS or the school I am applying to? By the way, what does "Inc" (one of the options under the 'grade' drop down menu) mean?
