Equal number of Xtra curricular activities and volunteer?

Hey guys,

 

I'm filling up my autobiographic sketch and I was wondering if you are trying to achieve a balance between the number of extra-curricular activities and volunteer activities. Its funny because at first I thought I wouldn't have enough activities to list but now I have too many so I'm trying to decide!

I had a similar problem when I applied.

 

Solution: I dropped things that I judged to to be less-significant and were older. Also, if I did something two or more years consecutively I put it in once and had the dates go from the first time I started it to the last time I finished it. I checked this year's OMSAS booklet about this and didn't find anything to suggest that isn't okie (see page 6)... check for yourself. The OMSAS FAQ does NOT address it... if you want to hear officially email OMSAS.

 

Make sure you don't have something in there twice, a buddy of mine did that.
