I would use the 100 character limit to write a broken sentence proclaiming the amazingness of my transcript and therefore my amazing abilities hahahaha I think that question can be safely ignored regardless of how you feel about your transcript because there isn't much space to elaborate beyond a breif agreement or disagreement with the statement. don't mind my bitterness at the ridiculous word limits some sections impose... to answer your question, I think it's only intended for people who are unhappy with their transcript. Last year this was included as a general question along with the "have you ever failed a year/have you ever been enrolled in a medical school/etc..." type questions that are not school specific.
