For example, one example/area is just a relationship b/w me and another person..which is still a 'team', right? But it shows a lot more sensitivity. Another example/area shows a large group of people working together, but not so much sensitivity. If I am able to mention both experiences SOMEWHERE in the application (i.e. the last question), would it still be okay? Which one would you suggest I go for? Which one had a greater contribution to making you the person you are today? Which experience will make you a better doctor in real life, not just on paper.
